Senior Associate

An Arizona native and Scottsdale resident, Amanda Wright brings over 26 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate. A graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Amanda began her career by working alongside her husband and family, acquiring land and developing multi-tenant industrial office and warehouse properties in the Scottsdale Airpark.  

From land acquisition and permitting to construction oversight and final project completion, Amanda developed a deep understanding of the full development cycle. She later transitioned into property management, where she oversaw accounting across multiple entities, handled maintenance operations, and managed annual CAM budget preparations and reconciliations.

Amanda's combined expertise in development, accounting, and property management made her a natural fit as a commercial real estate agent with Shell Commercial. Her years of experience acting as the intermediary between property owners and tenants have given her a unique perspective that allows her to anticipate needs, align goals, and facilitate smooth, successful transactions for all parties involved.
